DV Power IBAR
A handheld internal-resistance tester for stationary batteries: lead-acid, VRLA, Ni-Cd and Li-ion. It reads internal resistance, voltage and intercell connection resistance on offline batteries in about two seconds per cell, flags PASS / WARNING / FAIL against your own limits, and exports to DV-B Win for trending and reports. Used once or twice, sold with the full kit.
